   Hello, I placed an order on March 27th and still haven’t received anything yet. I’ve sent emails and reached out on Twitter but still no reply. Absolute joke. When can I expect to receive the item I paid for??

         Sorry you have not received the reply. As mentioned, the blog and shop are two different entities run by two different people. It might be worthwhile messaging on Twitter?

   Hi, I placed an order at the beginning of December 2023 for an Arsenal Hoodie (it was a Christmas present). It’s not arrived. I’ve sent 4 emails to help resolve this matter & had no reply back.

      Hi Tanya, we do not deal with issues for the Shop via the blog as the Shop owner and Blog Admin are two different people. I can only suggest you keep contacting via email or social media.

   Tanya Whitney – Hi, thank you for your reply. I tried contacting the shop again as advised. Regrettably when I disputed the payment via my bank, suddenly (like a miracle) I received a notification stating the Hoodie had been dispatched (7 weeks after I’d paid). Disappointingly the Hoodie is not the standard shape, the arms are much shorter. This is most upsetting as this was a Christmas present. My husband is a staunch Arsenal Fan who follows She Wore a Yellow Ribbon. I would highly advise someone reviews the service provided by your shop, as I’m sure there will be others having the same situation I’ve experienced. Appreciate your help.

   Husband ordered for our son’s birthday. No confirmation email of the order just a bank notifcation to say the money had been taken from his account…… appreciate you and the shop are not the same, however with no contact info on the shop website and not automated order confirmation email and no delivery details it is very difficult to know who to speak to when trying to track an order. Not a great service which is a shame as the products are awesome!
